CUAN Ice Baths was established in 2023 and is based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. We are a company dedicated to helping you improve your health and well-being through the power of cold water immersion. Our ice baths are designed to provide a safe, effective, and convenient way to experience the many benefits of cold exposure. At Cuan Ice Baths, we understand that the practice of cold water immersion can seem daunting and uncomfortable at first. However, we believe that with the right guidance and support, anyone can learn to embrace this powerful tool for physical and mental resilience. Cuan is Gaelic and translates to English as a place of safety, a harbour and the ocean. Using CUAN Ice Baths you will find your strength and push your boundaries through connecting with the water, your breath and mind. Leaving you feeling calm and at one with yourself. Cuan is the name of my 1 year old son who I am proud and grateful to be his father. It’s really meaningful for me to name it after him as he will grow up and see the benefits our baths will bring to people, all in his name. Deliberate cold water therapy has vastly improved my mental and physical health, like many others already, allowing me to think clearer, feel incredible and recover faster from physical exercise. I got into health, nutrition and fitness at 17 and it’s been a consistent passion of mine ever since.
