Cubed Partners offers its partners a unique platform that combines comprehensive in-house real estate development, finance, and management expertise. Since inception in 2017, Cubed Partners has acquired, developed, and built a pipeline of multifamily rentals and “for sale” single family homes valued at nearly $100 Million dollars. Our footprint-to-date spans the Washington DC metropolitan area and other markets such as Atlanta, Georgia.
