CubeFabs is a subsidiary of Nanotronics, building on the parent company's vision for implementing AI in complex manufacturing environments. Nanotronics' first customers were wide bandgap compound semiconductor manufacturers, and the company has grown alongside that explosive industry. At a time when that technology was largely ignored, Nanotronics chose the most challenging applications to scale, confident that it would be worthwhile to invest in the fastest expanding verticals in the market. What Cubefabs will achieve is the scaling of next-generation materials, beginning with ultra wide bandgap gallium oxide (Ga2O3) for application in power electronics.
