Negli ultimi anni quando si parla della Famiglia Cucchi, l’associazione con gli Hamburger viene quasi spontanea. Questa storia, però, parte da molto più lontano e inizia a Centocelle nel 1967 quando Franco Cucchi apre lì la sua prima Macelleria. Questa passione, tramandata con cura per tre generazioni, ha coinvolto anche Matteo ed Emanuele, che si sono uniti all’azienda di famiglia per proseguire la tradizione. I due sono riusciti a portare freschezza e innovazione in quello che è un mestiere dalle radici antiche, che fin dall’alba dei tempi si tramanda di padre in figlio. Intorno al 2019, in un piccolo laboratorio in via Bellegra, prende corpo l’idea che li porterà alla nascita del format “Cucchi Burgers”: un’Hamburgeria di qualità accessibile a tutti, con servizio di Delivery e Take Away. In breve tempo il progetto attira su di sé grande curiosità e grazie all’avvio del Franchising, Cucchi Burgers conta oggi sei Store nei punti nevralgici della Capitale ed altre aperture previste nei prossimi mesi.
