Program from body movement for the well-being of Older Adults by @edad.tech Cuidanz is a system of comprehensive strategies to increase physical activity levels in older people, since it is one of the main factors that influence the active aging process and computational thinking (thinking that allows us to formulate or solve problems in the world around us using skills and techniques, such as ordered sequences and instructions (algorithms), to reach the solution.
