Users receive extensive online feedback on their Personal Cultural Profile, which they can compare to any number of target nationalities using the "Horizons" tool, and also see how their profile relates to those of their colleagues or team. Licenced trainers have access to results at a group level, allowing them to perform analyses and use results in workshops or coaching environments. The tools can be used as a stand-alone resource, but are usually blended with live training for maximum effectiveness.
