Cumbria Future Leaders

Cumbria Future Leaders was created by the Centre for Leadership Performance to engage Cumbria’s young adults and support them as they transition into employment or higher education, give them a voice, and bring together the various youth boards, young professional networks, youth and community organisations to work collaboratively for greater impact and to connect with employers, educators and their communities, co-ordinating existing activity and identifying new opportunities.
