Unified Communications is changing the way organizations conduct business. UNIFY OpenScape, introduced in 2003, has been a leader in the development and deployment of this suite of applications. Cumulus Communications Group's flagship application is UNIFY's OpenScape, available in 3 "packages", to meet any requirements. OpenScape UC is targeted at large Enterprises, ranging up to 100,000s of users. It resides in industry standard Enterprise grade servers in your data centers and can be deployed globally on your private WAN. OpenScape4000 resides in proprietary servers, allowing for up to 12,000 users. Analog phones, digital phones, proprietary IP phones, and industry standard SIP phones are all supported. Connection to the public network is by analog trunks, PRIs, and SIP lines. SIP-Q is available for tie lines to other systems. OpenScape Office is for smaller enterprises, less than 500 users per site, and installs in your local data center. All of the stations and lines listed above are supported. Available applications include UC, 15 Party drag & drop conference, Visual Voice Mail and Fax, connection to Circuit, Call Center, Reports, application launcher, voicemail boxes, automated attendant with graphical designer, and many more. Circuit is a cloud based service, groupware for dispersed or mobile users. It runs on PCs, mobile phones and tablets. It can standalone or be integrated with many phone applications or PBX systems.
