Cunnington & Co was founded in 1992 as a non-bank structured finance provider with extensive experience in corporate advisory and capital raising in debt and equity. Brands operated to date providing finance to the SME sector in Australia include AgriPay, Affiniti, Momentum, and PremiumPay. Brands currently operated are SME Cash, PayNow Fintech, and CHOPIN P2P. Cunnington & Co has pursued investments in the development of new technology to invigorate and revolutionize the SME lending sector. Business interests currently involved with are: 1. IT and Communications Implementation in Finance and e-business 2. Capital Markets access and Bank Disintermediation 3. Loan Management and Distress 4. Property Investment and Asset Workout 5. Corporate Advisory Services for Equity and Debt Issues Cunnington & Co has also conducted international operations in Indonesia, Singapore and Japan. These include consulting services with Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), and raising equity and debt for developments including a 100,000m2 distribution centre and several fuel pipelines.
