Cupola Media

Cupola Media provides animation, 3D graphics, and interactive experiences to help people envision better, more walkable streets and livable places. My name is Spencer Boomhower, and I founded Cupola out of a desire to communicate the tremendous value of people-friendly streetscapes, traditional places, and active transportation to as broad an audience as possible. 3D computer graphics - including animation and interactive visualizations - is the perfect medium for proposing changes to places and how we move through them. That's because both 3D graphics and public spaces are spatial, dynamic, and interactive. With a long history in game development I make fun, approachable visuals that are also highly efficient performance-wise. That means they render quickly for videos, which in turn means they allow for a super quick turnaround times on animation revisions. And I can just as easily turn scenarios built for animation into interactive experiences for on-screen or VR, and vice-versa.
