With each home we stage, we strive to create something that is unique to the marketplace, but that still maintains appeal to a wide spectrum of clientele. We believe good staging should speak to both the head and the heart. When done right, staging creates an environment that allows buyers to intuitively understand the purpose of each space, while also allowing them to emotionally connect to a home. Interiors should be designed so that a home's best features are highlighted, and when necessary, its shortcomings are softened. But staging is more than just filling a space with furniture, art and accessories. Staging is using those elements to fill a home with style, drama and whimsy, so that just another house becomes a true home. A licensed broker, Curated founder Ryan Friedman has been a part of the real estate industry for longer then he cares to admit. Throughout his career he's worked in leasing, sales and development.
