Curbside Commissary's goal is to help guide restaurateurs in establishing their operations in the $35 billion on-demand food economy that is emerging in the United States. According to UBS’s research group, the industry could jump to be a $350 billion industry in the next by 2030. We will work with both upstarts and established restaurateurs giving them the ability to open small scale lean and more profitable food operations with minimal capital expenditure. Our model should meet every need. From a restaurateur looking to expand their business footprint, or have a separate a division of their business from their existing brick and mortar location. We will have the complete infrastructure for delivery based restaurants, catering services, commissary services, meal kit / prep, package food operations, and even serve as a test kitchen.
