About CURIUM Project

Digital innovation is reshaping how organizations collaborate and compete, with advancements such as Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Industrial Internet Platforms, and Digital Twins enabling new business models through Digital Servitization. While this transformation unlocks significant opportunities, it also introduces security risks due to the vulnerabilities of interconnected digital systems. The European Cybersecurity Act (EUCSA) and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) aim to establish a harmonized regulatory framework to enhance cybersecurity across ICT products, services, and processes. The CURIUM project supports the implementation of the CRA by developing a Compliance Continuum—a suite of cybersecurity-focused tools and services designed to facilitate security testing, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. Over 18 months, a consortium of nine partners from seven EU Member States, including SMEs, a competence center, and national authorities, will contribute their expertise to strengthen Europe’s cybersecurity landscape. By ensuring the resilience, security, and accountability of digital products, CURIUM aims to transform Europe into a Trustworthy Certified Digital Valley.
