Patrick D. Curran, P.E. and Curt J. McLeod, P.E. formed CURRAN-McLEOD, INC. Consulting Engineers in September of 1983 with the purpose of providing engineering services for Municipalities and Special Purpose Districts. CURRAN-McLEOD, INC. has been active in the engineering market developing specialty experience and capability in all phases of municipal engineering services including: > Water Supply and Distribution > Wastewater Collection and Treatment > Storm Drainage Management and Control > Transportation System Development > Feasibility Studies and Master Planning > Special Financing Districts, Connection and Development Charges Patrick D. Curran, P.E. has retired and continues to provide occasional consulting to the firm. The firm is now managed by two principals: Curt J. McLeod, P.E. and Edward P. Hodges, P.E. Hassan A. Ibrahim, P.E. was the third Principal Engineer until September 26, 2021, at which time he passed away after a short battle with pancreatic cancer. He is greatly missed. Mr. McLeod and Mr. Hodges have worked together at CURRAN-McLEOD, Inc. for the past 12 years and combined have more than 60 years of experience. Our principals have Professional Engineering registrations in Oregon, Washington and California. Our corporate vision is to provide cost effective, innovative engineering services by applying advanced technology and design principles to support client capabilities.
