We specialise in offering consultation, supply, installation and maintenance of mechanised parking system from Korea and China. In recent years, we have also expanded our product/ service offering and are now the Exclusive Distributor for: • Mechanised Parking System from Dongyang PC, Inc (Korea) and Qingdao Maoyuan Metal Group (China) • Dincel Permanent Formwork Construction system from Australia. Dincel formwork is an internationally patented permanent polymer formwork for walls and columns, which when filled with ready mixed concrete, produces an economical, strong, durable structure. • Basilisk Self-Healing concrete from Netherlands • ETI Roller Barrier system from Korea • CoolSeal Current Pte Ltd is a registered Specialist Builder (Structural Steel) contractor and general builder with BCA with BizSafe 4 qualification and is also a member of Singapore Green Building Council. Our clientele base includes Architects, Developers, Main and sub-contractors, property owners, Estate Management companies and work with various authorities such as Building Construction Authority, Housing Development Boards, Jurong Town Corporation, Land Transport Authority etc. We will continue to source for new products and innovation solutions to improve productivity and quality of construction industry.
