Current Capital is an independent advisory and merchant banking firm focused on helping to create value for our clients. Founded in 2008 by former Fortune 500 executives and finance professionals, we bring together decades of experience, relationships and industry insights to advise our clients on achieving their strategic and financial objectives. We have three businesses—M&A and Restructuring Advisory Services, Corporate Management Services and Private Equity Investing. Our clients include private equity and other investment firms, as well as family-owned businesses and other private companies, principally in the industrial and services sectors. We also provide our services to numerous public companies. Mergers and acquisitions advisory services, and related products and securities services, are provided by our affiliate, Current Capital Securities LLC, a broker-dealer and member of FINRA and SIPC.
