o ya – A world-renowned Japanese omakase and sake lounge, praised by The New York Times as the “Best Restaurant in America.” Chef Tim Cushman’s work at o ya earned him the James Beard Award for Best Chef: Northeast. Here, beauty, simplicity, and craftsmanship converge.
