Our Corporate headquarters is located in Richmond, IL. Our modern 275,000 square foot office and distribution facility maintains a constant 98% fill rate, which remains one of the highest in our industry. Worldwide CUSTOM maintains fully staffed offices not only in the United States, but in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Shanghai, and throughout Asia. These offices are staffed with highly trained and experienced personnel with expertise in all aspects of product development, sourcing, manufacturing and shipping. We serve a variety of retailers in the mass, drug, DIY, discount, and online categories in both our own brand as well as private label packaging.
