Founded in June of 1980, Custom Forms began as a forms distributor, using various print shops to put together orders and then managing their delivery to their intended destinations. By 1984, our customer demand had increased to the point where we decided to buy our first press and began providing offset printing alongside our distribution services. As we grew, we continued to add new technologies to our repertoire, and in 1999 we bought our first 4-color printer, allowing us to provide professional color products in a world where black-and-white was still the norm. Today, Custom Forms has some of the finest printing technology available, with digital printers and copiers, letter presses, custom cutting machines, and a huge assortment of ancillary equipment to ensure we can take on any project.
