About Cuth's Development

Welcome to Cuth's development! Led by the development officer, Cuth's development aims to offer a link between the alumni of St Cuthbert's Society and the JCR (the current student body), to build and maintain a positive relationship that creates a connected college community. This includes sharing opportunities for alumni to come back and give a talk at a variety of Cuth's student-run events, such as careers events, q+a sessions or lecture series. We will also be advertising reunion events organised by Cuth's Alumni association, as well as invitations to college events such as dinners, balls and of course, Cuth's day! If you have any queries, or would like to get involved, then please do not hesitate to contact us! You can email Rosie, the development officer for 24/25, at development@cuths.com or follow us on instagram: @cuths.development - Cuth's development is part of the Junior Common Room, an independent, student-run charity that supports all parts of Cuth's student life. This includes managing our wide range of sports and societies, offering outreach programmes, running college facilities (including 2 gyms, a music room, and an entirely student-run library!) as well as organising social events such as Fresher's week, the Michaelmas and Summer ball, and Cuth's day. The JCR also supports a student-led welfare team, comprising of welfare officers who are trained to offer student support in the form of a non-judgemental, non-advisory listening service. As a charity, we are always grateful for any support you are able to give. If you would like to donate to the JCR, please follow the link below, or email us at fco@cuths.com https://cuths.com/donate/
