We're truly dedicated to the safety of each employee. From the beginning, we have utilized a “living” safety plan, a plan that constantly looks for improvement. For example, we do “round table” discussions during each safety meeting. We discuss any “near-misses” or potentially hazardous situations that have arisen. We also discuss what can be done to eliminate that exposure again. This is recorded and a follow-up is often made with either equipment modifications or company procedure amendments. Although we supply a full array of head, eye, ear, hand, foot, and fall protection, it’s our personnel who make the real difference in our program. We utilize only drug-screened individuals who demonstrate a commitment to safety.
