Our services include, but not limited to: • Determining an appropriate rent amount to help you get the best return on your investment • Handling all advertising for the property with a prompt and energetic approach • Coordinating and performing all property tours to interested tenants • Credit and background checks on all potential residents • Coordinating lease agreements with the residents • Rent and deposit collections • Performing move-in inspection and move-out inspections. We will also provide these reports to you the property owner • Managing all maintenance issues with our preferred team of vendors if you do not already have a preferred vendor you want working on your home
