CW Development Group was established in 2019 with the goal of offering affordable quality housing opportunities, new insights on real estate development in the inner city, mult-million dollar development opportunities with the city. The company has specialized knowledge in real estate, construction, strategic partnerships, building, investment development and project management. CW Development Group has since expanded development in three prominent territories within Cincinnati, OH and surrounding areas. We have a multi-million dollar project projected to be completed by Q2 of 2024.
