CWA believes that gender equality starts at the grassroots level, much before women get their first jobs. By investing time to develop female talent and engage young women with fulfilling work, we aim to bring confident and competent women into the workforce. CWA strives to make this possible by fostering a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere. We aspire to accomplish this by building mutually beneficial partnerships and strengthening our professional network in order to provide equal career development opportunities for all. We are founded and located at the KULeuven Campus Brussels.
