Cycle 360 employs professionals working across its bikeshop, workshop and business support. Our partners at Cafe 360 can be contacted separately for opportunities within our hospitality space. As a team made up of bicycle and coffee enthusiasts, everyone works together to achieve the overall Cycle 360 mission: To inspire, fuel adventure and introduce people to the freedom of cycling! While we expect our team members to be hardworking, flexible and professional, we do like to create an environment where we can have fun while we work. Through our values of Fuel & Freedom; fuel signifies our enthusiasm, passion & energy we bring to our daily tasks, whilst freedom represents the space we provide each of us for creativity, innovation and open communication. For our customers, Fuel & Freedom represent our core brand values of fuel (coffee & cake from our in-house cafe!) with freedom found on two-wheeled adventures (our bikeshop).
