¿WHAT IS OUR MISSION? We exist to rid the organizations of bad bosses, by transforming them into good leaders. We believe that one of the main responsibilities of a leader, is to create a workplace environment were people can grow and achieve extraordinary things. We help bosses develop their leadership, by supporting them in developing key skills that enhance their influence, so that they can get their teams to "want to" follow them. This is key to speed up and accelerate change and transformation within their organizations. ¿HOW DO WE DO IT? We train bosses in methodologies that develop the key abilities of a leader (Storytelling, Facilitation, Coaching, Etc). These models are implemented by what we call, "ON FIELD TRAINING", which is a process of practical and intense TRAINING, that assures learning and installation of new behaviors and habits.
