In 2017 Niteo Products, LLC, a portfolio company of Highlander Partners, L.P., acquired Cyclo Industries from Pidilite USA, Inc. ICONIC BRANDS The Cyclo brand was developed in 1959 in the United States. The first product launched was Carb Clean Fast Gum Cutter. The portfolio soon expanded to include an array of specialty chemical products. In 2000, Cyclo Industries acquired the brands Rally & No.7 from Clorox Corporation, followed by Tanners Preserve in 2003.
