Bilby Community Development Ltd. (Bilby), is a youth charity set up in December 2019 in Singapore that supports at-risk and high needs youths, providing social services and the platforms for them to develop and define themselves. We hope that through our support and programmes, the youths we work with will develop the resilience to pursue excellence in their own life journeys. Through Bilby's programmes and services, we strive to support the youths we work to develop the resilience to pursue excellence in their own life journeys. Bilby runs community-based and school-based youth programmes: providing mentoring, guidance, life skill workshops, and social emotional learning.
