A real estate development, investment, project management and consulting firm specializing in the development of hotel, office and mixed-use projects, the sourcing of capital and debt for these projects and consulting with businesses regarding the generation of long-term, strategic plans and budgets. The Principals of CYPRESS 16 have been involved with the management of properties valued at $1+ billion, including the raising of over $725 million in equity for those projects. They have played pivotal roles in executing acquisitions, developments, redevelopments and asset management decisions for 17 office properties and 4 hotels. In addition, their backgrounds include ownership and operation of successful entrepreneurial businesses. With regard to the development and asset management of hotels, the Principals have executed development and management strategies for one luxury full service hotel and three select service hotels comprising 1,621 rooms in the aggregate and located in Texas, Virginia and Washington. With regard to the development, acquisition and asset management of offices, the Principals have executed strategies for 17 offices comprising of over 1 million sf and located in Washington, Southern California, Colorado, Texas, Arizona and Washington DC.
