Cytec Solutions is a software development company that licenses advanced, flexible and user friendly, web-based software applications primarily for the administration of share plans and Market Abuse Regulation insider lists.
Sharetrack is designed for in-house use by companies administering their own share plans, administrators managing plans on behalf of their clients and for co-sourced arrangements.
Sharetrack was first released in 2002 and has been in continuous use ever since. Sharetrack 4, the fourth major redevelopment of the system, was released in 2019 and adds additional features as well as utilising improvements in web-based software technology.
Insidertrack was launched in 2014 and is a class leading secure web-based software application that enables our 150+ clients to efficiently maintain their lists of people and organisations with access to inside information.
Developed in conjunction with a number of FTSE100 companies Insidertrack is the most comprehensive, intelligent and easy to use insider management software on the market.
