Cultivated meat is going to change the way in which we produce and consume meat. Currently, there is massive undertaking by companies to push the boundaries to ensure taste, texture and cost of meat produced is comparable with the currently available foods. We are working on ensuring that everyone should have access to this technology and should participate in the production and localisation of the meat produced through breaking down the barriers to enter the field.
