An independent natural gas and oil exploration, production and marketing group. We develop natural gas wells in the Upper Devonian Shale in the Appalachin Basin in Ohio and Pennsylvania. We have been in business for 23 years, almost 100 employees with a drilling success rate of over 98%. Most of our production comes from natural gas wells with minor oil production. Our Reg D private placement programs pay a 94% IDC deduction in the first year with monthly investor payouts. We look to raise investor capital through a network of selected broker dealers.
