D&L Support offers the tranquility of a residential setting which respects the individual’s privacy. D&L Support strive to maintain safe, effective, compassionate high quality support. A bespoke package of support is offered to a service user to ensure that they can maximise their potential. A person centred, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach is key to all that is undertaken at D&L Support, as well as ensuring that a psychological evaluation of why a person presents in a particular manner in order to guarantee we provide a bespoke package of support. We value a service user’s rights to individually express themselves.
Our aim at D&L Support is to support the individuals with dignity and respect at all times, enabling all to take part and have meaningful days and to live with independence in a way which meets their own unique physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological needs, reducing health inequalities for all. We ensure our service is of the highest quality, and we continually strive for the best possible outcomes for all our service users, leading to greater independence and wellbeing in their lives.

Adults with LD, Autism and/or mental health issues. We have five homes based in Gloucester and one in Cambridge (Glos.).
