District One of FIND, Inc.

District One (D1) is a student-led intercollegiate non-profit organization comprised of twelve Filipino student organizations from various schools throughout the Greater Boston Area. District One is the first of nine districts spanning the East Coast collectively forming the Filipino Intercollegiate Networking Dialogue (FIND). The Filipino Intercollegiate Networking Dialogue, Incorporated (FIND, Inc.) is a student-run 501(c)(3) non-profit organization making up the largest of the 6 Filipino-American collegiate student alliances in the country, consisting of 82 member schools. FIND, Inc. welcomes individuals of all backgrounds, not only Filipino and Filipino-American students. The purpose of FIND, Inc. shall be to promote unity and cooperation of Filipino students at colleges, universities, vocational, and technical schools, or any other institutions of higher education. Our goals are to: • Offer channel for dialogue and action • Promote and preserve Filipino culture • Further awareness of issues pertinent to the Filipino Community • Acts as a catalyst to pool the efforts of Filipino organizations
