Social innovation for a new generation of more humane and effective drug policies: A systemic, collaborative, evolutionary, adaptive, open, innovative and territorial approach to manage the complexity of the drug phenomenon and improve the well-being of individuals and communities. Services: - Accompany innovation exercises in national or local contexts to solve problems related to drugs or their policies: Advice to identify areas of innovation/experimentation, development of proposals, methodological support, mentoring of local teams in the territory, involvement of key actors, co-creation and prototyping, evolutive evaluation. - Transfer of an innovation culture/approach to drug policy actors: development of a drug policy innovation portfolio with a sustainable development approach. - Connection with a global platform for discussion, teaching, research and knowledge on public drug policy and sustainable development: Generation of new evidence for the development of a new generation of public drug policies with a developmental approach. Development of international postgraduate programs in drug policy, drug law and sustainable development.
