Design 2 Move Pilates is a Pilates studio at Downtown Chandler, Arizona that is passionate about helping its members improve their freedom of movement through private Pilates, semi-private group reformer class and Group floor classes such as Total Barre, Functional Interval Training (FIT) and Restorative Flow. If you are: *An athlete that wants to improve their game, reduce the chance of injury and gain core strength to improve performance *Someone that wants to be able to accomplish daily activities without pain due to poor posture *An expecting mom or a mom trying to keep up with their children as they grow *Post-rehabilitation of an injury or surgery (after medical release) *Anyone that wants to improve their overall body functionality Then we want to share the freedom of movement because our bodies are Designed 2 Move. No matter what activity you are doing, you should be able to do it effortlessly when your body is back to the real bio-mechanical function, the way it was designed. Growing in the fitness and wellness industry for more than 10 years, we realize that the true achievement in working out is not only to look good but more importantly to feel good. Exercise does not have to be difficult, it just needs to be correct.
