In the year 2014, the company has marked its presence in the industry with with its first assignment “D3 Yacht and Boat Rental Services”. The maintenance division is also made live during the same year. With our Chairman and Managing Directors farsightedness to expand the business horizons, we entered the UAE market. We paved a new path in the luxury Yacht and Boat rentals and Maintenance services industry. D3 gained recognition not only in UAE, but also globally for its commendable services. “District three marine services” known as D3, with its two divisions “Dubai District Three Yachts” and “District Three Maintenance” is a key player in the Marine and tourism Industry. The company witnessed another remarkable milestone in the year 2016, with the introduction of DM International General Trading, focusing in the supply and sale of Marine related, general, food and safety marine products. The rising demand for safety and security is on high alert always. DMI, established in 2017, deals with the manufacturing and servicing of fire fighting, life craft, life saving devices for ships, luxury yachts and boats. As a part of our diversification strategy, D3 marine started operation in India in the year 2017 and in the same year, D3 Realtors also became operational. Apart from that, we have started gold and trading business functioning in Africa. The latest developments are in the field of interior designing, MEP, HVAC and own manufacturing FURNITURE called Tech Art, which entered the market in the year 2019.
