Dà Mhìle (pronounced Da-Vee-Lay) is an organic distillery based on our organic family farm in Ceredigion. We make a range of spirits that are inspired by our surroundings & environmental ethos and are testament to Welsh craftsmanship that puts our passion for quality and flavour at the heart of every bottle. Iechyd Da! Our farm & the surrounding land is at the centre of everything we do. It is where we get the wood from to heat our still and is the source of spring water that creates our unique spirits.
