Il brand “DaBoom” nasce come esperimento all’inizio del 2017 e si pone come obiettivo la produzione artigianale di prodotti alimentari piemontesi, che rappresentino tradizione, innovazione e territorio.
Porteremo in giro per l’italia l’agrigelato di capra, il panzolenta e le balòtine, prodotti e cibi “che cambiano scena”, si evolvono e si adattano al luogo in cui si è, ricette create ad hoc e preparate esclusivamente al momento in modo da avere sempre materie fresche e genuine.
Tutto questo verrà creato a bordo del nostro food truck.
