Since 2003 DAC Engineering (DAC) has focused on providing engineering services to clients in South East Texas, and has completed projects in 17 states across the continental United States. DAC understands the development process from the perspective of both private developers and municipalities, and assists clients in all aspects of land development related engineering for residential, municipal, commercial, and industrial projects.
Client goals are DAC’s focus and priority, and we are committed to providing experienced, responsive, communication-focused, quality service for the evaluation, development and management of public and private infrastructure. Services include feasibility studies, preliminary and final design, surveying, platting, cost estimating, construction plans, specifications, construction administration, construction observation, and final approvals and acceptance.
