Dackie is a crowdfunding platform based on the concept of a dominant assurance contract. In a dominant assurance contract, the entrepreneur stakes a small percentage of the funds they want to raise. If the project doesn't hit its funding goal, the stake gets distributed among the people who did fund it. On other crowdfunding sites, if you donate to a campaign that doesn’t meet its goal, you get your money back. On our platform, if you donate to a campaign that doesn’t meet its goal, you not only get your money back, you get a small bonus payout.
