Design and project management services offered dealing with nuclear, offshore, rail and machine tool industries. Capabilities include design of lifting and spreader beams and frame certified to various standards as required including DNV. Design of cranes to BS EN 13001-1:2015 and structural steelwork to BS EN 1993:1-1: 2005 Eurocode 3. Finite element analysis of designs including static, thermal, buckling and fatigue simulation. Detailing of design drawings and production of manufacturing drawings from scratch or from existing models using AutoCAD or Solidworks, modernisation and updating to current standards and specifications existing designs and reverse engineering of existing products. Project management; experience managing on site as well as in factory environments, projects up to £3M value.
