Employment-Based Immigration: We specialize in the filing and processing employment-based applications for permanent U.S. residency We prepare, file, and process all types of temporary nonimmigrant visa petitions including but not limited to E-1, E-2, H-1B, H-2B, H-3, L-1, O-1, P, R, and TN visa petitions. We work closely with employers and individuals on initial filings, extensions, employee transfers, and I-9 and government audits. Family immigration is an important part of our immigration law practice. We prepare and filing all types of family immigrant petitions, fiancée petitions, and immigrant visa petitions. In addition, we prepare and file all types of waivers for inadmissibility due to criminal convictions, previous or current immigration law violations and health related bars to immigration. Non-US citizens living in the US, including legal permanent residents, are at risk for being placed in removal proceedings based on the many of grounds of inadmissibility or deportability. We work closely with people in all types of removal and exclusion defense cases as well as prepare, file and defend asylum applications. For those facing removal, we represent individuals vigorously as soon as they are arrested by DHS or receive a Notice to Appear.
