Until the turn of the century, all trades made at the world's major exchanges were executed in a trading pit. Stocks and commodities weren’t the only things traded; information was traded as well. “What do you think it’s going to do today?” was the question traders asked to gauge other traders’ sentiment. giving them a deeper insight into the markets. With online trading, though, traders have found themselves isolated from such valuable information. Daily Delphi is creating an online community for traders, investors and anyone else that needs to know where the markets are headed. We aggregate trader sentiment from traders all over the world. Then using proprietary algorithms, we forecast daily settlement prices, government reports and other market moving events.
