Not anymore. Our Xerox iGen3 is a digital press. This means that in addition to being able to easily customize print jobs, we don't waste paper getting the press primed. We don't need to use toxic chemicals to clean our press and metal plates are a thing of the past.
The bottom line to you is a cleaner environment, and it saves you money. Gone are the days of huge minimum runs (we can print as few as 25 of anything) and press proofs that take forever to produce.
The iGen3 is PANTONE(R) licensed. The PANTONE(R) Color Lookup Tables are specially created sets of color data that were developed by PANTONE(R) and Xerox color scientists. The licensing process involved mapping out and testing CMYK color combinations to create the best possible representations of PANTONE(R) spot colors. The PANTONE(R) licensed tables provide very accurate and consistent reproduction of the PANTONE(R) colors.
Digital printing has other advantages that can increase your return on investment ten fold. Now you can customize your mailing campaigns.
