Eating is an Agriculture Act - Wendell Berry. Our SF Bagel Shop and Creamery was born out of our West Marin Farm (Toluma Farms). We wanted to keep our products as localized as possible and create a space for the community to witness how bagels, cheese and butter are made. We are San Franciscos only wood-fired, organic bagelry and the only cheese making facility in SF. We never cut corners and are extremely proud of every bagel, tub of cream cheese and block of butter we make. Our HQ Shop is located in Dogpatch and we have a shop in the iconic Ferry Building. We offer retail, wholesale and catering.
