Daily Property is founded by Yap and Jex. Yap has been in the property industry since 2012 selling, marketing and involved in the various transaction of primary market projects, and secondary properties ranging from high rise apartments, landed houses, factories, hotels, and offices. His property stories include investment, renovation, interior design and rental management. Jex is a professional graphic designer, art director, photographer and videographer, been in the advertising industry for years. Many top brands in Malaysia are his clients when it comes to visual image. He has interest in short films and won several awards. Together we have the vision to build a community with a common interest in property where we can share and talk about it. We have seen many success and failure stories in the property segment. We are inspired to share what we have experienced so everyone can grow and move forward together.
