DailyMuscle is a boutique fitness center (aka The LightHouse) in TTDI, Kuala Lumpur. DailyMuscle offers small-group classes, semi-private training. and online-livestreamed classes. Don’t like gyms? We totally get you. Fitness isn’t always fun. Gyms can be intimidating, we’re all busy and training hard can seem daunting. That’s why DailyMuscle is all about making fitness as enjoyable as possible. We know how to get results quickly and safely! Our team of trainers keep workouts fresh, we serve up a new menu of group classes every month, continuously improving and tweaking our programs to help you avoid plateaus and promote ongoing results. We work with all kinds of people looking to get “healthy and looking good” (including many who’ve never belonged to a gym). We’re all about getting you results AND we’re committed to being a fitness home that you actually love. Yes it’s true… We don’t love gyms either. We don’t have ‘clients’ and we call our members Heroes. That’s why we created The LightHouse. Why be a gym member, when you can be a Hero?
