Dairy Innovations LLC has built a unique product development and commercial business model to introduce innovative dairy products with "fast to market" brand solutions that exceed consumer and retailer expectations. The initial introduction is Früzinga®, the first drinkable yogurt with just 90 calories per 7 oz. serving. Früzinga® is uniquely positioned amongst dairy products to deliver all the health benefits associated with less sugar, high fiber, probiotics, vitamin d, calcium and protein. Früzinga® also supports bone health and compliments the digestive system. The product name and its European themed branding connote a dynamic, active, and healthy orientation. The nutritious ingredients, added functionality, and convenience, make it obvious to the consumer that three key product requirements are fulfilled: health, mobility, and enjoyment. A 7oz single-serve bottle of each flavored variety contains 7g/8g of protein, 8g of fiber, 90 calories, has 0% total fat and contains no artificial colors or flavors. Früzinga® is also gluten free. The brand is selling successfully in over 800 Safeway/Albertsons stores in the west, along with several hundred independent outlets, in addition to a national scale-up plan over the next 18 months.
