We established our company in the year 1989 by the name of Dalal Auto Cast. We are primarily engaged in the variant forms of castings such as Die Casting, Aluminum Casting, Sand Casting and High Pressure Die Casting such as Moulded Cup, Cover Bearing, Cover Thermocase, Sleeves, Grease Gun heads, pressure cooker handle etc.
Die Casting is a process of casting metal under pressure in various forms. Also this process can produce precision parts in high volume at low competitive prices. Sand casting is used to make large parts such as alloys of -Iron, Brass, Aluminum etc. Then molten metal is poured into a mold cavity formed out of sand which can be both natural or synthetic. These Castings are widely applicable for power transmission to industrial equipment such as pumps, gear boxes, compressors, blowers, mixers and conveyors.
Our constant indulgence in the production of quality aluminum castings and sand castings since the beginning has enabled us to mark a significant place for our company in the relevant market across the Globe. We have developed the knowledge needed to design tooling, produce castings and control their quality throughout the process.
